Current Students - Group lesson and Theory timetable

Congratulations to all students for an AMAZING concert on August 1st.  All the instrument groups sounded wonderful, and the orchestra was SENSATIONAL!  Well done to everyone.

Now we're returning to our normal group lesson timetable, with instrument-specific group lessons every second Friday and every other Saturday.

Alternating with group lessons are "Music for Juniors" and music theory classes, which are for students of all instruments.

Please ensure you have a copy of the Music Cottage calendar.  If you don't, please contact us and we can easily email you one.

All the following classes are held at Kilvington, Lillimur Rd, Ormond (opposite the tennis courts).

Cellos

Everyone please arrive at 4pm.  Beginners will be dismissed at about 4.30, more advanced students at about 5pm.

Pianos

Violins

Friday Juniors/Theory Classes (Aug 13, Aug 27, Sept 10, Oct 8, Oct 22)

4.00-4.45pm Preschoolers with Lucy (Parents and siblings sit and watch)

4.00-4.45pm Preps and any brave preschoolers who have already turned 5 with Hanna (Parents wait outside the room)

4.45-5.30pm Year 1 and Year 2 students with Hanna (Parents wait outside the room)

4.45-5.45pm Year 3+ students with Lucy (We'll be beginning to work on the syllabus for the theory exam next year)

NB: Students who are sitting for a theory exam on August 25th have attended very many extra extended classes over the past couple of months and have earned a rest for the remainder of the year.  Classes will resume in the new year.

Saturday Juniors Classes (Aug 21, Sept 4, Sept 18, Oct 16)

4.00-4.45pm All students up to about age 6.  (Parents and siblings sit and watch.)
